Refund Policy: If you wish to cancel the session (without rescheduling), contact Janice Chan via email at least 3 days before the date of the scheduled session and request a refund. No refunds will be given if you miss the session or start the session late.
Delivery: Sessions will be held as scheduled with client. If you need to reschedule, please reschedule with at least 24 hours notice.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit cards or via local bank transfer
Payment Period: Credit card payments are processed immediately, while local bank transfers must be sent prior to coaching session.
Price: The (tax included) rate is 30,000 JPY for a kickoff session or a strategic session, and 20,000 JPY for regular sessions.
