At the individual level, I coach leaders in transition. I view leadership as your approach to what you do rather than a job title. While I’ve worked with executive directors and people at senior levels, many of the people I coach are emerging leaders who are shifting from solely focusing on execution to also needing to set strategy and build systems.

Coaching sessions are delivered remotely, via video-optional call. After an initial conversation, if we both decide we’re a good fit, I would work with you to determine a coaching plan that works for your goals and your (organization’s) budget.

I am currently working towards an ICF coaching certification because it’s important to me that I coach responsibly and effectively. Since 2016, I’ve worked 1:1 with leaders in transition seeking to feel grounded in the new decisions they are making and learning to handle new situations while putting their values in practice.
